There is a $25.00 paper charge on all cancellations up until two weeks prior to arrival. (There is no charge for changes during that time.) If reservation is canceled or changed two weeks to one week prior to arrival the cancellation charge is 50% of canceled room(s) cost unless room(s) is rebooked or other arrangements are made directly with place they are staying at. If reservation is canceled within one week prior to reservation, guest will be charged in full for room(s) canceled unless they are rebooked. In case of cancellations or no show your credit card will be charged accordingly. If you cancel, you must have a cancellation number from Alaska's Point of View Reservation Service for proof of cancellation.

What this means is they can over ride the cancellation. Which they will if they are given a good reason for the cancellation (medical reason, etc) or they can rebook it. It is in the hands of the place you are staying at to decide to override this policy. thank you, Debra
