One room has a queen and one room has a double bed. In these suites there is also a microwave & refrig. For additional people more than 2 it is $15.00 each, children under 12 are $5.00. They also offer discount for 3 plus night.

directions: Traveling south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage, turn right at Mile 5.3 onto Scott Way. (If you see Bear Creek Fire Department, you've gone too far). Follow, bending 90 degrees right (becomes Rough Drive), then left. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Heather Lee Lane. Continue approximately 1/4 mile - past Munson Circle (left hand turn). They are on the right - just before the turn for the Lost Lake Trailhead. We are on the corner of Heather Lee Lane and Hayden Berlin Road.

This lodge is located on the ocean, three miles past Seward. There is a common area for all rooms that offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. The phone and TV/VCR are in the common area. (no cablevision, usable for viewing tapes) A nice cold breakfast is served in the common area. They offer a huge variety of room options.

There are three small standard non view rooms with private baths that offer one double bed and a twin bed (one room has a queen bed) for $99.00.

A cottage has been added to this establishment. It is a large spacious two story deck with a wrap around deck. It is not on the water, but across the road from the lodge. It has one queen bed, four double beds and one twin bed at $229.00 for 2 people. Additional people are $15.00 each. Plus taxes.

directions: The Seward Highway becomes 3rd Ave once in Seward, stay on 3rd as it goes south through town until it ends at the intersection of Railway (to the left) and Lowell Pt Rd. (to the right). Turn right onto Lowell Pt Rd and follow it south to Lowell Pt., taking a right when you reach Miller's Landing. They are the 3rd building on your left after the turn. They are located 3 miles past Seward.

Located across the street from the boat harbor makes it easy access to the activities in the boat harbor. No restaurant at the motel, but there are a few places to eat in the boat harbor. The lower priced rooms at 125.00 are from the original motel and are regularly being upgraded. The newer rooms are 150.00 to 160.00. These rooms include microwaves and refrig. Plus 11% tax and 10.00 for each additional person per room more than two people. Open year round, winter price can be as low as 45.00.

description: Built during World War II as officers quarters, it has survived soldiers, an earthquake, a tidal wave and many years of service to Seward's transient work force. In 1990 it was converted to nightly rentals at a good price. Easy walking to downtown at 135.00

The last rooms is a two room suite that can sleep up to six people with a king bed, queen bed and futon bed for $185.00. This room is also handicap accessible. All prices are for two people. customer reviews: The room was large, pleasantly decorated, the beds were comfortable and did not feel "previously slept in". The bathroom was extraordinarily clean - those little nooks and crannies in the corners were spotless. The owners could not have been more accommodating or friendlier. I thought the facility was just completed and I was very surprised to hear that it was built a few years ago ... everything in the room looked new and was as clean as new.
