Ididaride Dog Sled Rides

The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race, Alaska’s top winter attraction, comes to life in Seward, Alaska, every summer at IdidaRide Sled Dog Tours. Owned and operated by the Seavey Family, who have been involved with the Iditarod since its beginnings. IdidaRide offers guests a comprehensive look inside an actual Iditarod racing kennel. Also, IdidaRide allows guests to experience the excitement of the dogs by offering two-mile dogsled rides on comfortable wheeled sleds every day during the summer season.
The one and a half hour Wilderness Sled Dog Ride and Tour is the perfect way to learn about and experience the amazing canine athletes who race across Alaska. The Iditarod is the common theme throughout the tour. Your tour guide and sled driver are experienced mushers who know what it’s like to run from Anchorage to Nome by dog team. The dogs are world-class Iditarod athletes.
