This vacation rental was built in 2018 and features perfect accommodations for families or larger groups. Upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 1 1/2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed. Downstairs are 3 additional bedrooms, all with private baths. They each have a queen bed and a twin. There is cable TV, internet and a nice Alaskan decor. All linen, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc provided. Quiet and completely private, secure outside entrances and off street parking. Location 1/2 way between downtown and boat harbor (one mile distance) makes it easy access to either. Summer rate is $825.00 for ten people plus 20.00 for each additional person for the entire house. (minimum 5 nights) Winter rate is 550.00.(minimum 3 nights) It can sleep up to 12 people. Plus 11% tax. Makes a wonderful comfortable and clean home away from home. The best views of Resurrection Bay and the Chugach Mountains.
