Small two bedroom house in town close to the beach with comfortable sleeping arrangements – Select Comfort queen mattress in master bedroom and bunk beds in second bedroom. Both bedrooms have room darkening shades which are nice during our long summer days.

Newly remodeled interior with fully furnished kitchen with gourmet hard anodized cook ware, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer (laundry soap provided), dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster. Telephone, CD player/radio and TV. Kid Friendly with porta-crib, bath and other toys, fenced yard, toddler plates, bowls, cups, utensils etc…. Short walk to several playgrounds. Plenty of parking for boat trailer.

Priced at $250.00 for up to four people (maximum). 5-6 nights is $255.00 per night. If staying seven plus nights, $225.00 per night. Plus 11% tax.(It is 5 night minium)

Directions :-

Traveling south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage, as you enter into Seward the highway changes to 3rd Avenue. Turn left on Monroe and go 4 blocks. They are on the right side of Monroe, second house from the end of the street.
